About Course

Overview

The Bachelor of Information Technology is a four-year (VIII semesters) program with 139 credit hours. This program provides the good knowledge in computer science, communication technology and their application in the respective fields. This program focuses on the system development aspects of information technology. Students gain extensive experience in developing information and communications technology to address the needs of modern organizations. The course includes basic programming constructs and modern programming environments, network engineering principles and wireless networking protocols, object-oriented software architectures, database management system, multimedia system, financial management and accounting, and software quality management. Information systems units include database management, corporate IT strategy and governance, information systems analysis and design, document and workflow and management support.

Eligibility 

The Candidate must have passed +2 or Equivalent (with a Mathematics subject of 100 marks with min. D grade) from any recognized academic institution and minimum 45% marks or D+ grade in each subject with GPA 2.00 in aggregate.
